Step 2: Kindly wait for our reply via email on the item availability status
Step 3: Once confirmed, proceed with payment

Priority for those who can make payment first
Payment to be made within 3 days after confirmation via MAYBANK account
Please email the details of payment such as transaction date and amount after your successful transaction
Items will only be shipped out once you have emailed us about your payment details
No refunds once the payment has been made

All transactions are done in Malaysia Ringgit (RM)
Item(s) released if payment not made within 3 days from day of confirmation
Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. However we will do a thorough quality check before delivery it out
We will not be held responsible for any damage or lost items incurred during delivery
Due to monitor setting, actual colours might be slightly different with the picture posted

# P O S T A G E #
Buyers will bare the delivery / postage charges. Final charges will be emailed to buyers
To avoid overcharge, kindly email us at pufferworld@hotmail.com for postage charges. We will confirm the actual postage rate base on the parcel weight
Items will be delivering via SKYNET / POSLAJU. But we recommend SKYNET because the parcels requires signature as proof of parcel acceptance as well as you can arrange for 2nd delivery or even you can collect it from the nearest SKYNET center
Items will be arrange for delivery every Saturday after payment is received (except 1st Saturday and public holidays)
Parcel delivery charges guidance as below (via SKYNET):
1st 2kg – RM9.00 (Major towns / cities in Peninsula Malaysia)
1st 1kg – RM13.00 (Kuching & K.Kinabalu)
1st 1kg – RM15.00 (Sibu, Bintulu, Miri, Labuan, Sandakan & Tawau)
